Tarun, having trained rigorously at Le Cordon Bleu in London, demonstrates that he knows exactly what he's doing as a skilled chef. The journey of Soul Brewing Company began with the passion and dedication of its brewer and owner, Harpal, who took inspiration from the beer culture in Germany, after a tiny stint at VLB Berlin, one of the world's most prestigious brewing schools. After honing his skills by brewing for various breweries across the country, the desire to establish his own brewery and taproom only grew stronger. In response to the tumultuous global events of 2020, he saw an opportunity for a renaissance in traditional beer styles in Jaipur.
