Trivia - It was not until the 1500s that the first lager was produced in the Northern European region. It was an accidental discovery that storing the brew in low temperatures with cold-resistant yeast helped to create a sharp taste. The technique grew popular and spread across much of the world. Today regions such as Bavaria are popular for their lager contribution. But this famous discovery was not until the 19th century.
Style - German Hefeweizen
The O.G. wheat beer, Born in Bavaria, this light body wheat beer has a unique banana and bubblegum note, unique to this style of beer. Pours a dark yellow/ Orange. The flavor profile is a result of an age old yeast strain, this beer will make you curious.

Trivia - It’s a German creation—the name, pronounced HAY-fuh-vites-in, means literally “yeast wheat.” It’s long been a favourite in southern Germany, where the practice of making beer using wheat is thought to date back to the 11th century.
Style - Belgian Wit
A traditional Belgian wheat beer. A malty profile with infusions of spices, mainly coriander and orange peels and a few more. Extremely refreshing and subdued, pours a pale yellow color with a medium mouthfeel and low bitterness.

Style - India Pale Ale
A slightly bitter pale ale, with a clear and crisp body. A very hoppy profile and elevated bitterness with a beautiful red color. It is a very complex beer with notes of pineapple passionfruit and other tropical fruits with having no fruits. These flavors come from an intense dry hopping process with multiple hops added to create a complex profile. It’s the house favorite here.

A Dark beer based on a classic Irish stout. It has noted of dark chocolate and coffee. And light body with a beautiful white creamy head. You cant just have one.

Trivia - A kveik ring, also kown as a kveikstokk, is a traditional Norwegian yeast starter that is used to ferment beer. The wooden ring is hung over an open fermenter and dipped into the wort (unfermented beer) to inoculate it with yeast. The kveik ring is then removed and allowed to dry. When the brewer is ready to make another batch of beer, the dried kveik ring is dropped into the wort, which rehydrates the yeast and causes it to start fermenting the beer.
